Gratitude for the New Year and the Old

Happy New Year folks! I hope 2019 is treating you well so far!

As the New Year begins it’s always important to reflect on the year that has gone, and show gratitude for the good fortune, experiences and lessons learned before we look forward and make our intentions for 2019. I have so much to be grateful for in 2018, among the many things my son, great health, our wonderful True Pilates Community and all that we have achieved together last year.

We were so lucky to be lighting up the universe with our New Year’s Intentions at Arthur’s Seat on 1st January: a powerful ceremony with a few close friends and my son! 2019 is the year of togetherness, world peace and bringing people’s hearts together. Let’s cherish these great feelings and be grateful for our wonderful life together as family, friends and community. We spoke about living a simple life, having a happy family and being brave and positive. What were your new year’s intentions?

I was in the studio yesterday, revving up the engines to get us all going again for mat classes and Conquer Gravity on 7 January. Please be reminded there is no Mother and Baby Pilates on that day however, the first session for 2019 of which will fall on 10 January.

I have planned our next wonderful January Trigger Point Pilates workshop, so if you have spent a little too much time on the couch lately, please book yourself in for January 19th 2019! Places will go quickly this time of year! Book here!

Love, light and gratitude

Sabrina xxxx
